Recommnended Use For NVE Pharmceuticals Appuloss Diet & Energy :
About one hour before breakfast, ingest two capsules of Appuloss with a full glass of water. At the end of the afternoon, about one hour before the evening meal, ingest another two capsules of Appuloss with a full glass of water.
This amounts to four tablets per day for normal use.
If you want even faster results, you can increase the dosage to a maximum of six capsules a day, taking the extra dose around lunch time.

A) In terms of slimming results there is virtually no difference between the two versions. The difference between Appuloss Diet and Appuloss Diet & Energy lies in the extra 50 mg of caffeine in the energized version. Standard Appuloss contains 150 mg of caffeine, whereas energized Appuloss contains 200 mg of caffeine. The fat burning effect is slightly greater with the energized version, but the most important factor in your decision is whether or not you need an extra energy boost. Some people may find the energized version rather strong, and if you are sensitive to such a strong formula, you may be better off with the standard Appuloss Diet.
