Recommended Use for NVE Pharmaceuticals Hell N.O :
30-45 minutes before a workout take 1 dose of Hell N.O. by dissolving 30 grams of powder (1 scoop) in approx. 150 ml of water.
Vary the amount of water to suit your taste.
Make sure your stomach is as empty as possible when you take Hell N.O., so wait for at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after a protein shake.
Don't take more than 1 dose every 6 hours and no more than 3 in a 24-hour period
