Depending on your individual protein needs, mix 1 to 3 scoops of IntraPro with 4 to 12 oz of cold water in a shaker or blender, or simply stir it into water with a spoon.  IntraPro can be used anytime during the day to replace the protein requiement of any meal—or to simply supplement the protein requirement of any meal.
Most athletes use IntraPro 2 to 4 times a day. Many Bodybuilders, in particular, use IntraPro as a delicious and effective low-carb meal replacement during their contest preparation.
