D-Aspartic Acid is an amino acid that is naturally found in high quantities in the reproductive organs, hypothalamus and pituitary. Through a SAMe dependent, methyl-transferase reaction called NMDA sythethetase, D-Aspartic Acid is converted into N-Methyl-D-Aspartate, which is a potent stimulator of the N-Methyl-D-Aspartate Receptor pathway. D-Aspartate is found in the hypothalamus, pituitary and testis in extremely high quantities during periods of heightened physical and sexual maturation. Recommended Use For Muscle Warfare NMDA
As a dietary supplement, NMDA may be taken 2-3 times daily.
To assess for tolerance, begin use by taking 1 capsules 2-3 times daily.
The first dose should be taken in the AM before breakfast the second dose before lunch and the final dose before dinner.
Very experienced users may take 2-3 capsules, 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed recommended dose. NMDA may be used as a stand alone hormone support agent. It may also be used in combination with the Warfare Stack for maximum strength, NMDA cycle length may last up to 2-3 months followed by a 1 month off cycle. Pyramid dose by tapering at the beginning and end of your cycle.
