Recommended Use for RUSH:
Take one dose of RUSH 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 9 grams of powder (3 scoops) in 150 ml [5 fl oz] of water. If you're looking to go to the max, then dissolve 15 grams of powder (5 scoops) in 250 ml [7 fl oz] of water. Never take more than five scoops per eight-hour period and never take more than ten scoops per day.
