Recommended Use For NutraBolics Vitabolic:
As a dietary supplement for athletes and bodybuilders take one tablet 30 minutes after morning meal and 1 tablet after afternoon meal.
For competitions and intense training sessions take 2 tablets twice daily. Take with 8-12 oz of water.
